The new EGO CS1800E 45cm chainsaw is a very powerful machine that allows users to cut faster while still maintaining great comfort and safety. The saw cuts a 20m/s, which means it can tackle the toughest of jobs in no time. To increase safety and simplicity, this model comes equipped with an automatic chain tensioning system that takes all the fuss and worry out of tensioning. As well as this, the chainsaw provides LED lights for use in low light conditions or when working in shady areas.

For extra control, there are two sets of bumper spikes that help with control when cutting logs or felling trees. Tough grips are molded into the front of the saw while a set of aggressive metal teeth sit close to the bar.

This EGO chainsaw has a 200ml chain oil reservoir, which can be seen through an opaque oil level inspection window. This lubricates the chain automatically, which will help the chain run smoothly at all times.

Tensioning is taken care of by a spring system which is activated by simply turning a handle through 90 degrees.
